So What's the Vocal Factor Club About?

The Vocal Factor Club started in February 2009. Its aim is to give backing track singers a place to socialise with others whilst enjoying singing to their favourite songs outside of the karaoke pub environment.
The club provides some backing tracks for club use but singers are encouraged to get their own which they can use exclusively themselves on professional sound equipment.
This summer we are putting on 3 nights Pop & Rock Music from some of the club members. The show will be opened by Miss Battle of Flowers 2010 Sarah Watson. Sarah will also be singing a few numbers herself on the opening night heer only appearance.
There will also be special appearance by the Expressions Dance Group formed by Eryn Filipponi.
The clubs aim is to host at least one concert a year for which the clubs members may be asked to participate.
Please support us and our charities "Jersey Multiple Sclerosis Society" & "Jersey Hospice" by attending one of our concerts .

If you have ever wanted to really hear yourself sing on a professional sound system and away from the noise of others as in the pub, then this is where it's going to happen for you.
So if singing is your thing then this is the place for you.

About the Club President.

Nikki formed the Vocal Factor Club after her musical "Next! So You Want The Part?" finished its run at them Jersey Opera House. The Club was formed to give singers a place to come and practice whether it be for a stage prodcution or simply to for their own benefit.
Nikki had a background of 18 years in the finance industry. She then retrained as a holistic therapist and currently runs a mainly mobile service specialising in reflexology. Nikki is now working on becoming a Play Writer/Producer. All giant leaps into the unknown and so far not regretting a moment of any of it.
The Musical was written on January 18th, 2007 whilst sitting around bored. The story was based on a conversation with one of her clients 3 days earlier. Since this life changing experience, Nikki has closed her clinic to concentrate on Directing and Producing the show and now on running the Vocal Factor Club.
